Jun 24, 2013. #1. Hi Guys, apologies if this this subject has been posted before. I'm looking to upgrade my BMW E90 320D to a BMW320i F30. am getting a part ex deal but drove the BMW320i on the weekend and it was just erm ..dull. to be fair My E90 320D has a custom customs exhaust, decat and remap so it does literally have some serious low
\n bmw f30 320d remap problems
Can't comment on the F30, but I suspect the difference for the E90 318d and 320d will be similar. I have a remapped 318d (N47) running 202 BHP with a Stage 1 remap (probably upper limit of its capacity) , there is a dyno sheet somewhere in my E90 build thread if you're interested. I could get low 7's for 0-60 last time I measured.
That BMW 320d isn't slow, but compared to the mighty R6 engine? :-)Same part of autobahn.#BMW#Autobahn#Acceleration
What's up Ladies and Gents. Here is a stage 2 BMW F30 320i video Done by OutcryMotorsport. Go check them out!! http://outcrymotorsport.co.za Picked the car up at 12 today and just got back from my first drive back in my remapped F30 320d. I paid £280 and the car has gone from: 184 bhp to 230 bhp. 380nm to 440nm. I used TCM Tuning in Portsmouth, the guy was called Pete and was a pleasure to deal with. For your BMW 330d F30/F31 258hp. So my car is a 59 plate LCI 320D with 105k on it, has full BMW History with 8 stamps so it's a decent car. I've had a quote for DPF to be removed, gutted and refitted, along with a remap. He estimates a minimum of 232BHP and an increase of 60NM torque which sounds good to me. This costs ÂŁ550 all in. I already have a stainless steel exhaust too.

Read our post about N20 reliability here: Common BMW N20 Problems. BMW B48 Engine. Following the N20, BMW’s B48 packs a solid punch for a 2.0L inline 4. Of course, being a new successor to the previous turbo 4-cylinder, BMW had to bump the B48 output compared to the N20. Peak power comes in at 248-255hp on 30i models. Trying to hold the camera, steer and shift ain't easy. Can someone confirm what the 0-60mph is around? I used a stop watch timer, several times and got betwe Also decided on getting a remap in a few months but now investigating best place to get done as heard a lot of nightmare stories mixed reviews from places. Don't mind paying a little more for piece of mind. Somewhere near Berkshire ideally. Oh yeah, also want to add an M performance kit to my car. Had one on my 330 which looked great.

Tuesday 19th February 2019. I just had my 2015 335d remapped by Celtic tuning and put on a rolling road. It had no mods before that and I have had it from new. BHP went from 302.8bhp to 411.3bhp
If there are no messages generated by the DME it's most likely some power issue to the DME. Check all supply voltages at the DME connectors. Sometimes the connectors get corroded, take a few out and see if they appear intact. Sometimes critters get into the engine bay and nip away on cables - look for those spots.
Hi, Has anyone done a remap on a F30 320d Efficient Dynamic edition? As was doing some research and stumbled on this website: Celtic Tuning - they say this: The BMW 3 Series (F3x) 2012> takes the power from 163bhp up to 238bhp and the torque from 280lb/ft up to 326lb/ft. This stage of software is designed as a software upgrade only meaning it
I wanted to create a thread on the official ‘remap’ that BMW offers for the 3 series. This in my experience is a bit of an unknown quantity as I have had Dealerships tell me that it doesn’t exist. I am happy to say it does! This is my experience after a few weeks of driving.
You need to pop out the usb / aux in the centre console and check to see if the usb cable has been spun round or is loose here. 2. Pop out the hu and check if it is loose here. 3. Buy a new usb cable with outlet and check if the old one is damaged. Appreciate 0. Quote.
